John’s opened on Halloween in 1996 and has continued to grow ever since. It doubled its size in 2000 and added a meeting room for the groups in 2001. In 2003, John’s acquired Ft. Duquesne Military Miniatures and is now a manufacturer of quality figure and model conversion kits. While many of the pieces have been brought back out, the remainder will be coming over the next months. Nearly 5000 models are available at any given time, ranging from the newest releases to original issues of classic Aurora, Hawk, Lindberg, DynaModel, ITC, and others along with a huge selection of paints and supplies. Special orders are always welcome.

John’s is just .4 miles west of US29 on Kingsfield Road in Cantonment Florida. We're a 20 minute drive from most places in Pensacola, FL. A little off the beaten path, but worth the visit!!
John’s Models is the home to The Pensacola Modeleers, and The Panhandle Miniature Figure Society. The Modeleers meet on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month at 1 P.M. The Figure Society meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday at 7 P.M. The groups are extremely active, each sponsoring an annual show and assisting with the annual show at the National Museum of Naval Aviation.
